​Develop muscular strength and power using progressive overload and compound lifts through sets, supersets and temp work. Training emphasizes controlled technique with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and bodyweight movements, supported by accessory work for stability and joint health. Dry, clean gym shoes required. Sock training optional.

Improve cardiovascular capacity and muscular endurance through intervals, circuits, AMRAPS

+ EMOMS. Sessions challenge aerobic and anaerobic systems while keeping movement quality the priority. Class incorporates kettlebells, dumbbells, rowers, ski ergs, sleds, medicine balls, battle ropes + resistance bands. Classes are designed to challenge you physically and mentally while prioritizing efficiency, safety, and movement quality, with regressions and progressions always available to meet individual needs. Dry, clean gym shoes required.

This class focuses on learning proper stabilization and core activation, strengthening and improving joint and spinal health; while learning active and passive ranges of motion. class utilizes blocks, bands, kettlebells, light weights, and foam rollers.

this high energy full-body strength class moves at a faster pace with a focus on muscular strength and endurance. with an emphasis on tempo, reps and sets

are used with music/beat as a guide.

class utilizes dumbbells and bands.

CONDITIONING

​this full-body high intensity interval training class focuses on muscular endurance and stamina. expect high volume, cardio, and plyometrics. class utilizes moderate weights and bands.

LOW IMPACT

​this full-body core-based sweat focuses on small muscle groups and accessory work fusing pilates and low impact training. it is geared towards lengthening the body, challenging your balance and improving overall movement and stability. class utilizes Bala rings, Bala balls, Bala bars, bands and bodyweight.​

classes at 30N move at a faster pace / room heated to approx. 80 degrees.
mat required. all classes are barefoot.
