HYROX TRAINING

anatomie is an official  HYROX  Affiliate Gym and Training Club

delivering   science  based  programming in a    performance

driven  training       environment.    Our approach is intentional,

progressive, and built to meet the real demands of race day.

HYROX training at anatomie is grounded in foundational

movement patterns including squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling,

carrying, and locomotion. Every session develops strength, power,

and endurance while targeting key performance markers such as

aerobic capacity, movement efficiency, and muscular endurance.

 

Whether your goal is to compete in your first race or compete at a higher level, our training is designed to prepare and progress with purpose.

CONDITIONING

BEGINNERS OR NEW TO ANATOMIE

20-30 PARTICIPANTS

REGULARLY SCHEDULED CLASS

 

This class is designed to improve aerobic capacity and muscular endurance through a variety of interval formats, circuits, AMRAPs, and EMOMs. Sessions challenge both aerobic and anaerobic systems while keeping movement quality, efficiency, and safety the priority.

 

Workouts incorporate SkiErgs, rowers, sleds, treadmills, wall balls, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, battle ropes, and resistance bands, all used in a conditioning focused format.

 

Classes are physically and mentally challenging, with regressions and progressions always available to meet individual needs.

This class is a great place to start before progressing into HYROX conditioning, helping you build the aerobic capacity, confidence, and movement efficiency required for higher intensity training.

 

 

 

HYROX CONDITIONING

ADVANCED

12-16 PARTICIPANTS

Pre-registration is required at least 24 hours in advance.

Times subject to change based upon registration and availability 

 

This class is intended for experienced exercise participants with a

solid foundation in HYROX-style training. It is not recommended for beginners or those new to these modalities. Beginners or those new to the required functional movements should start with a conditioning class or private training. 

 

Each session is programmed to develop strength, power, and endurance, while improving key performance markers such as aerobic capacity, movement efficiency, and muscular endurance. Workouts are intentional, challenging, and structured to prepare athletes for the physical and mental demands of HYROX.

Athletes are expected to be familiar with HYROX movement standards, have read the official HYROX rule book, and ideally be registered for an upcoming race or actively planning to race in the near future.

 

 

 

PRIVATE TRAINING

2-6 PARTICIPANTS

 

In addition to group classes, anatomie offers HYROX-specific small group private training for athletes seeking focused progression and individualized coaching. If you’re looking for a more thorough introduction to HYROX training and the race itself, these sessions are the best place to start. Small group training allows athletes to refine technique, learn movement standards, build race-day strategy, and target individual performance goals. great for doubles or single race.
