Program Details
Our HYROX training is offered as an
8-week progressive program with multiple weekly sessions designed to build strength, endurance, and race-day readiness. Each week, you’ll train through a mix of structured intervals, race-specific movements, and strategic conditioning that reflects the HYROX event flow—8 runs paired with 8 functional workout stations. Sessions are led by experienced coaches who focus on form, pacing, and performance.
Whether you're joining a dedicated HYROX class or integrating it into your regular training, you’ll get targeted programming, detailed instruction, and access to the equipment you’ll see on the competition floor. We offer both group training and 1:1 options to match your schedule and goals.
What to Expect

Inside The Race Format
HYROX is built around a fixed format: 8 functional workout stations, each separated by a 1K run—for a total of 8K running and 8 workout challenges. The race begins with a 1K run, followed by a station, repeated until all 8 are complete. The stations include: Ski Erg (1,000m), Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps (80m), Rowing (1,000m), Farmers Carry (200m), Sandbag Lunges (100m), and Wall Balls (75-100 reps depending on division). Our training mirrors this exact structure, so you'll build strength, endurance, and efficiency in each component while improving your transition speed and pacing strategy. Whether you're learning the movements or working on shaving time off your total, you’ll be training with intention every step of the way.
