YOGA PHILOSOPHY

I love creating flows that build, either adding on or taking away with each sequence. As we practice, I want you to use your breath to detach from your internal dialogue

(no negative self talk!), so you can listen to your body,

and just flow. I'll guide you to a good sweat but you get to choose when to add on or pull back.
