TRAINING PHILOSOPHY
Stepping into my classes you will always have me as your biggest cheerleader. You can expect a number of “you got this” reminders, because you absolutely do. The energy that is established in the room, whether on the bike or your mat, is fun, free, and strong - a powerful balance. You get to dance and sing (with me), while lifting, pushing, and climbing through movements and speeds you may never have thought you could. I believe you should always meet yourself where you’re at - mentally + physically when stepping into your practice. Strengthening the respect + relationship we have with ourselves is key to strengthening all other muscles. you.got.this.​

YOGA PHILOSOPHY
I invite curiosity and play when we roll out our mats. Opening the space to the opportunity to create our fullest expressions through the linking of breath + movement. Try something new, scale back, enjoy the rhythmic sound of breath, and feel completely at ease with where you’re at in the moment.

A KILLER CLASS TO ME LOOKS LIKE
Pushing and pulling heavy weights surrounded by a strong community with some good beats.

FAVORITE WAY TO SWEAT
A sweaty sculpt, or a heavy leg day lift, maybe both in the same day if I’m lucky! Oh, and some core of course.

IN MY CLASS YOU'RE BOUND TO HEAR
Every and all genres from the early 2000, but also some good rap, boy bands, powerhouse females, and remixes- eclectic at its finest. ​

SELF CARE TO ME LOOKS LIKE
A walk with my dog, followed by hanging on the couch with my husband binge watching bad reality TV shows.
