YOGA PHILOSOPHY
It is stillness that we're able to drop fully into our bodies, obtain a deep understanding of our own individual needs, and remain present. My intention is for students to feel fully empowered to embrace what serves them both mentally and physically, simultaneously surrendering all that does not, while building skills that can be used off the mat, outside the yoga studio. We'll build heat, open the body, and focus on the breath.
