Strengthen, improve joint and spinal health, while learning a better understanding of how your body moves + ways to create healthier body mechanics // Strong emphasis on shoulders + hips… Core activation + active and passive ranges of motion + joint mobility and stabilization exercises. Props such as TRX straps, light weights, blocks, bands + foam rollers will be used.
