This 60 minute heated class in the wood wall studio will feature a breakdown of proper alignment used in a typical vinyasa class, followed by deep hip and shoulder openers. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn modifications best for their bodies which can be supportive of their movements in other classes. Class will conclude with a short meditation and savasana.

Level Up Your Asana | Chaturanga Dandasana

This workshop will feature a full hour with Caroline and Bridget in the Wood Wall Studio breaking down the chaturanga sequence offering hands on assists and modifications. Attendees can expect to leave with a strong understanding of proper form, breathing associated with each movement, and will have the ability to ask questions and learn modifications specific to their own practice. Class will conclude with an express flow.
