this breath-focused class begins with

a breathing mediation and transitions into a slow, deep flow followed by

hip openers, shoulder openers + grounding poses.

REST + RELEASE

Yoga Nidra, or "yogic sleep", is a state of conscious relaxation promoting deep

rest + release. through guided meditation + sensory awareness, the practitioner reaches a state between wake + sleep. as the body rests, the mind stays lucid + unwinds into a relaxed state. after a 30 minute gentle yoga practice, you will be guided through a 30 minute

Yoga Nidra meditation.
