learn proper form + technique, focus on mobility + movement prep. this class uses barbells, kettlebells + dumbbells focusing on squats, deadlifts, pushes, pulls + accessory work. get comfortable adjusting + knowing your weights. while some portions of the class may be more controlled + operate at a slower pace, be prepared for high-intensity work.

get ready for AMRAPs, EMOMs, ladders + WOD/workout of the day. this class will take everything from our lift + body classes & apply it to a high-intensity sweat. modify + amp it up as needed.
