this full-body sweat uses the beat/music as a guide. tempo-based movements incorporating kettlebells, dumbbells + bands. all levels welcome, please note- this class moves at a faster pace. room heated to approximately 80 degrees.

MOVE, BREATHE + SWEAT

this full-body core-based sweat focuses on small muscle groups + accessory work. a fusion of yoga, pilates + traditional strength training. the beat is there as a guide for tempo work. this class uses bands, gliders, lightweights + body weight.  all levels welcome, please note- this class moves at a faster pace. room heated to approximately 80 degrees.

SCULPT X

MOVE, BREATHE + SWEAT TO THE BEAT 

this full-body sweat combines tempo based movements with high intensity interval training. while the beat is there as a guide, expect short AMRAPs, intervals and some partner work. please note - this class moves at a faster pace and is not recommended for beginners. room heated to approximately 80 degrees.
