strength meets cardio. strength work on the mat utilizing kettlebells, dumbbells, and slam balls + cardio intervals on the rower.

LIFT + RIDE

25 minutes of strength work on

the mat followed by 20 minutes of

our signature cycling class.

CYCLE + CORE

25 minutes of our signature indoor cycling class followed by 20 minutes of concentrated core work on the mat. our bikes have both cages for sneakers + clips for cycling shoes. *NEW TO CLASS? Please arrive 10 minutes early for proper bike setup! Late arrivals will not be permitted into class.

RIDE + FLOW

30 minute ride | 15 minute flow

high-intensity ride followed by a power flow focusing on hip openers.
